+ What is your process for onboarding a client?
It’s simple! Fill out the contact form with your information and I’ll be in touch to schedule a coffee call. Once I get a good idea of what you’re looking for, I’ll customize two packages for you to choose from. From there, I’ll send over the contract, first invoice, and we’ll set up an onboarding call to get the ball rolling.
+ How will I know if our strategy is working?
3 is the magic number! We’ll give our strategy three months of consistent posting, engaging, and growing so I can get to know our audience and their habits. At that three-month mark, we’ll determine if we need to make any changes or tweaks to the strategy based on the results we’ve received so far. I’ll go over everything you need to know in detail!
+ How can I be sure you’re the right person to help me?
We won’t know until we try! I like to get a gauge on the vibe during that initial coffee call to see if my gut thinks we’d work well together. And I encourage you to do the same! If, for whatever reason, we decide not to move forward together, I can most likely refer you to someone who can provide what you’re looking for.
+ What platforms do you typically manage?
I have experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok accounts. If I feel I’m not a good fit for one of the services I recommend for your strategy, I have plenty of creative friends who can assist us in your marketing efforts.
+ Will you work with subcontractors to manage my workload?
At this time, I do not work with subcontractors– BUT, business is booming! This is not to say that I won’t outsource some of my work in the future. If the day comes when I need an extra set of hands for my sanity, I will absolutely let you know ahead of time.
+ How often will you post on my social media?
This is all dependent on your business and its unique needs. When we have our initial conversation about your goals, we’ll determine the social media platforms your business should be utilizing, and from there, I’ll suggest a posting frequency.
